The Wellness Space uses a holistic approach - a combination of yoga flows, meditation, pranayama (breathwork) moon circles, journaling, ancient philosophies & more. There are a mixture of live and pre-recorded classes each month.
You will be empowered to go on a journey of introspection that will give you the tools to learn about yourself.
You will deepen your knowledge of true authentic yoga and learn how to take it off the mat.
You will learn how to take care of your own wellbeing in sustainable way as you bring balance and flow into your life.
You will do all of this with a loving and supportive community around you.
YOGA FLOWS (4 each month)
Each week there will be a live yoga flow focusing on different themes and areas of the body. These will all be recorded and uploaded to TWS members-area so you can enjoy them again and again.
GUIDED MEDITATIONS (4 each month)
Each week you will be led through a guided meditation exploring a different technique or theme. These sessions will all be recorded and added to the ever-growing library of previous meditations on TWS members-area.
PRANAYAMA (4 each month)
Each week you will be led through different pranayama (breathwork) practices as you are guided to understand the power of your breath and how to breathe to improve your mental, physical and emotional health. These sessions will be recorded and uploaded to TWS members-area.
New journaling prompts will be uploaded each month as you are guided on your journey of introspection to you peel back the layers and learn more about yourself.
Twice a month we will come together on Zoom for live New Moon and Full Moon Circles. You will learn how to harness the moon's energies and flow with her cycle using meditation, pranayama and journaling.
