My journey of introspection has led me to unlock my radical self-acceptance and learn to trust my intuition. Using a blend of meditation, journaling and reflection, I have developed a more connected and profound relationship with myself. And now I am sharing this process with you.
Over 28 days you will embark on a journey of introspection and self-discovery through guided meditations and journaling prompts - the perfect pair. The meditations will leave you feeling centred, free and calm. The journaling prompts will empower you to dig deeper into your purpose, learn what brings balance & equilibrium to your life, encourage reflection and work towards unlocking your radical self-acceptance.
You will receive:
- a PDF with all the information you need - the what, why & how
- a PDF with 28 days of journaling prompts focusing on 4 themes: radical self-acceptance, purpose, balance and reflection
- a voice recording of each of the journaling prompts
- a voice recording of 6 guided meditations exploring different techniques including noting, body scan and mindfulness

Do I need to have done journaling before?
No, anyone can journal - the only rule is that there are no rules! You simply write whatever comes to your mind with no editing. All the information and guidance you will need is provided.
Do I need to have done meditation before?
No, you will guided with clear instructions each step of the way.
