WELLBEING WORKSHOP: EXPLORING YOGA AND SELF-ESTEEM
Have you ever wondered what yoga teachers mean when they say lift your kneecaps or externally rotate your thighs? In this workshop we will explore what these terms mean, how to practice asanas (postures) safely and the benefits they have on the body and the mind. We will also explore meditaiton and pranayama (breath work) techniques and their benefits.
This workshop looks at what self-esteem means to you and explores how low self-esteem can hold you back in your everyday life. We will break down the thoughts, behaviours, emotions and physical sensations commonly associated with low self-esteem, and introduce practical tools to improve how you view and value your self.
You will receive a complimentary PDF following the workshop to help you moving forward.

DO I NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE TO DO YOGA?
